Setser caps Kokomo Grand Prix with top-ten
Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, Indiana, hosted the USAC National Midgets during the recent weekend, and Columbus, Indiana's Gunnar Setser was in on the action, taking part in each segment of the annual Kokomo Grand Prix before capping competition with back-to-back top-tens.
Setser, a former USAC National Sprint Cars Rookie of the Year, finished seventh and tenth in his Grand Prix outings, and incidentally, finished exactly where he started in each performance. The Grand Prix, hosted on April 25-26, attracted some of the most talented wheelmen in the country with Justin Grant and Jacob Denney earning victories, respectively.
