Setser highlights busy Eldora 4-Crown slate with USAC top-ten; Paragon and Butler ahead
Gunnar Setser was a busy man at The Big E, competing in not only the USAC National Sprint Cars portion of the 4-Crown Nationals program, but the USAC National Midget portion, as well, highlighting all action with a top-ten in the non-wing sprint finale on Saturday, September 20. Setser, who is battling for Rookie of the Years honors within the USAC National Sprint ranks, finished eighth in his top-ten appearance, maintaining his place within the top-ten after starting seventh on the grid.
When the dust finally settled in Rossburg, Ohio, Setser's stat chart included four feature finishes, finishing no worse than 16th including the aforementioned highlight. The Columbus, Indiana, native was 16th and 12th during USAC Midget competition, and 11th and eighth during non-wing sprint competition.
Gunnar Setser will continue his 2025 USAC National Sprint Car commitments with visits to Paragon Speedway in Paragon, Indiana, and Butler Speedway in Quincy, Michigan, on Friday and Saturday, September 26-27. To learn more, visit USAC online at www.usacracing.com.
